Both Tree Tops and Oakmont are sold out resorts and, therefore, weeks are only available for sale through the secondary market. Although we hope all our owners are happy with their ownership at Tree Tops and Oakmont Resorts, we understand that circumstances may cause a need to sell. To aid in that process and as a courtesy to our owners and future owners, listed below are weeks for sale by owner.

All inquiries, offers or agreements are a private matter between seller and buyer. Any offers made must go to and any additional information needed must come directly from the owners listed below. Neither the Associations, its members, nor affiliates makes any representations or offers any sales assistance beyond providing a free source for listing Tree Tops and Oakmont Resort properties for sale.
